Waimate Bins App

The ongoing error involving late notifications on the Waimate Bins App has now been resolved. To clear this issue, go back into the app, turn off the notifications and then turn them back on. This will fix any scheduling inaccuracies and provide up to date reminders and notifications.

For those app users still reporting issues with the address finder, we understand and acknowledge this, and ask that all customers let us know directly so we can fix them. Please email council@waimatedc.govt.nz or call 03 689 0000.
