Is there a physical subscription form to sign up?
No. There's only an online subscription form. However, you can get help filling out the online form at the Pop-up Library at the Waimate Event Centre (15 Paul Street).
Can I choose the notifications I want?
Yes, you can. You will have the option to manage your preferences/notifications.
Can I unsubscribe to one or all notifications?
If you unsubscribe to 'Notify Me', you will stop receiving all notifications. However, you will have the option to manage your preferences/notifications.
How is my personal information stored and protected?

What if I don’t know what water scheme I’m on?
- Go to https://www.waimatedc.govt.nz/myproperty
- Enter your address and select your property from the list
- Scroll down to “Rates for current year” and look for your water scheme
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
The confirmation email can take up to a few hours. Also, check your spam/junk inbox.
