Proposal To Close Point Bush Road

Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974 notice is hereby given that Waimate District Council, for the purpose of permitting Waimate 50 Motorsport Inc. to hold the Restaurant Hill Climb event, proposes to close the following road to traffic for the following period.

Date of Closure

3pm to 8pm, Friday 19 October 2018.

Road

Point Bush Road (Betten St to Te Kitaroa)
Residents will have controlled access between Betten Street and the Point Bush Road Bridge.

Any person wishing to object to the proposals is called upon to lodge notice of their objection and ground thereof, in writing, before Friday 24 August 2018 at the office of the Council, Queen Street, Waimate.
