Lease of Land - Gorge Road, Waimate - Tender

Waimate District Council invites tenders for the lease of land situated at 41 Gorge Road, being 1.18 ha (more or less) of land described as Part Lot 2 DP 301579 and part RS 40460 WAIMATE TN.

Note: measurement contains 0.12 ha section of a paper road not in use.
