Section 46(1), Impounding Act 1955
The undermentioned stock, having been seized for impounding at Dog Kennel Road are impounded at the Waimate District Councils stock pound.
Description of stock: 6x cows/heifers - 1x steer and 4x calves - Hereford/Angus x type.
Notice is hereby given that, unless the stock are claimed by the owner, the stock will be sold by public auction, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955 at 10.00 am on Friday 6 December 2019.
