Proposal to close roads to vehicular traffic

Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Waimate District Council for the purpose of permitting SportWaimate to hold a Triathlon/Duathon to close the following roads to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.

Any person wishing to object to the proposals is called upon to lodge notice of their objection and ground thereof, in writing, before Friday 21 February 2020 at the office of the Council, Queen Street, Waimate.

Date of Closure 11:30am – 5.00pm Sunday 22 March 2020

Goldsmith Street (Queen Street to Paul Street)

Paul Street (William Street to Victoria Terrace)
