Level 2 Rubbish and Recycling Services

Normal urban kerbside collection of recycling (in black crates) will resume from Monday 18 May 2020. Only recycling in black crates will be collected. Any recyclables overflowing or outside of black crates will not be collected.

Rural recycling depots will resume Monday 18 May 2020.

Please note there will be NO recycling collection this week, but recycling can be taken directly to the RRP from this Thursday.

We encourage residents in both the rural and urban areas to take stockpiled or excess recyclables directly to the Resource Recovery Park from the beginning of Alert Level 2 to prevent overflowing at collection sites.

Strict Covid-19 hygiene measures and recording of Resource Recovery Park customer details will continue the same as they have through Level 3.
