Change of venue for Council meeting

With the current COVID-19 Level 2 restrictions, a decision has been made to relocate the Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 18 August to the large function room at the Waimate Event Centre to enable appropriate social distancing procedures to be taken.
A public forum will be held at 9.30am as usual, and any members of the public wishing to attend and speak are requested to contact the Committee Secretary on karalyn@waimatedc.govt.nz.
The public agenda will be available on our Council Website on Thursday 13 August 2020.
