LEASE OF LAND – GRETNA GREEN RESERVE

Waimate District Council invites tenders for the lease of 1.26 ha (approx) of land being Part of Reserve 6243 situated in Block XIV of the Waimate Survey District, known as Gretna Green.

Tenders to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed ‘Gretna Green – Tender for Land’ and lodged no later than 4pm on Thursday 23 June 2022 at the Waimate District Council Main Office, 125 Queen Street, Waimate 7924.

The highest, or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
