Tender - Lease of Land - Knottingley Park

Waimate District Council invites tenders for the lease of 37 ha (more or less) of land being Part of Reserve 1857 situated in Blocks XIV and XV of the Waimate Survey District, known as the Knottingley Park Reserve.

Tenders to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed ‘Knottingley Park – Tender for Land’ and lodged no later than 4pm on Friday 22 July at the Waimate District Council Main Office, 125 Queen Street, Waimate 7924.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
