9am – Extraordinary Council Meeting

Pursuant to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, notice is hereby given that the Waimate District Council are holding an Extraordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 9 May 2023, commencing at 9am in the Council Chamber for the purpose of discussing the following item:

• Three Waters Reform Better Off Funding Offer

This meeting has been scheduled due to time constraints and cannot wait until the 16 May Council Meeting.

11am – Chief Executive’s Performance Review Committee

As a result of the Extraordinary Council meeting, our previously advertised 9:30am Chief Executive’s Performance Review Committee meeting will now be held at 11am.
