Extraordinary Council meeting

Pursuant to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, notice is hereby given that the Waimate District Council are holding an Extraordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 30 May 2023, commencing at 9am in the Council Chamber for the purpose of discussing the following item:

• 2021/22 Annual Report

This meeting has been scheduled due to time constraints and cannot wait until the 20 June Council Meeting.

The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, 125 Queen Street, Waimate. The agenda will be available on the Council website at least two days prior to the meeting.
