Tender - Lease of Land (Old Slip Road, Hakataramea Township)

Waimate District Council invites tenders for the lease of 1.11 ha (more or less) of land being Reserve 2761, Part of Reserve 2760, Blocks XIII and XIV of the Hakataramea Survey District, situated at Old Slip Road, Hakataramea Township.

Tenders to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed ‘Old Slip Road – Tender for Land’ at the Waimate District Council Main Office, 125 Queen Street, Waimate, or via email to tender@waimatedc.govt.nz, lodged no later than 4pm on Friday 25 August 2023.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
