Hello to you all and season’s greetings as we near the end of another year.
This year has brought its share of challenges, but it has also reminded us of the resilience and community spirit that defines Waimate. From our dedicated volunteers to our hardworking local businesses and the many individuals who contribute to making our district such a special place, I want to extend my sincere thanks.
The holiday season offers us the opportunity to come together, celebrate, and reflect on the year that has been. Whether you are enjoying a summer barbecue, camping at the Waimate Lakes, or making the most of our beautiful walking and cycling tracks, I encourage everyone to take the time to relax, reconnect and recharge.
